Under the WIF Charter our initial target is to have one or more women in a senior management role (i.e. on the Investment Committee, Board or Senior Investment Team) within 3 months of the second close of the Nobel Sustainability Growth Fund (i.e. a close following the anchor investment from the Nobel Sustainability Fund). This is expected to be by July 2019.
We will select subsequent targets once at that level.
